What happens if a donation is refunded?
Refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions may reduce the campaign balance.
What is a chargeback?
A chargeback occurs when a donor disputes a transaction through their bank or card provider.
If a chargeback occurs, the disputed amount and any related processing costs may be deducted from available campaign funds.
Can my campaign be removed?
Yes.
Campaigns may be suspended or removed if they violate Nativa Alliance Community Action policies, platform rules, applicable laws, or payment-processing requirements.
