Verification Information

Nativa Alliance Community Action or its payment-processing provider may request private information to verify identity, banking information, campaign ownership, or beneficiary details.

Verification information is not intended to appear publicly on the campaign page.

Beneficiary Privacy

If a campaign is created for another person, the organizer should consider that person’s privacy before posting personal details, photos, documents, or sensitive information.

When appropriate, obtain permission before publicly sharing information about a beneficiary.

Children and Minors

Extra care should be taken when publishing information about children.

Campaign organizers should avoid posting unnecessary personal details that could compromise a minor’s privacy or safety.

Once information is made public, Nativa Alliance Community Action cannot guarantee that copies, screenshots, reposts, or external references will be removed from other websites or services.

Removing Personal Information

If a campaign organizer accidentally publishes sensitive or private information, the organizer should edit the campaign as soon as possible.

If assistance is needed, contact Nativa Alliance Community Action through the website.

Certain campaign and transaction records may be retained as required for payment processing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or applicable law.
